Authentic India Tours ABTA Membership
Authentic India Tours offer a wonderful range of tours which are protected by our ABTA membership. Our membership number is Y6513 and we are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct.
If you have a complaint about the holiday, and you can show that this is a result of a breach of the contract you must take all reasonable steps to minimise the disruption to your enjoyment of the holiday. This is called ‘mitigation of loss’. Your claim may not succeed or you may not receive compensation if you didn’t complain as soon as possible (on the spot) and give us every reasonable opportunity to put things right, or if you didn’t accept any reasonable attempts by us to sort out the problem at the time.
Following the above, if you have a complaint you have access to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) for online sales. To lodge a complaint please contact us via email info@aitholidays.com
If a complaint can’t be amicably settled, you can use ABTA’s approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme, available through www.abta.com
We can also offer you ABTA’s scheme for the resolution of disputes which is approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. If we can’t resolve your complaint, go to www.abta.com to use ABTA’s simple procedure. Further information on the Code and ABTA’s assistance in resolving disputes can be found on www.abta.com.
