Your morning tour begins in Old Delhi, the former Mughal city of Shahjahanabad, exploring vibrant market lanes, old mansions, and colourful neighbourhoods. Navigate Chandni Chowk on a cycle rickshaw, witnessing the sale of spices, brassware, antiques, jewellery, and perfumes. Visit the ornate Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque, drive past the Red Fort, and visit Raj Ghat.
In the afternoon, explore New Delhi, showcasing modern India’s story with open spaces, government buildings, museums, and wide avenues. Drive by Rashtrapati Bhawan, Raj Path, and India Gate. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site Qutab Minar and conclude with a visit to Humayun’s Tomb, the first garden tomb built by the Mughals in India.
