The resort is located in the unspoilt beauty of the Baa Atoll, which was declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 2021 due to the richness of biodiversity. Dazzling fish glide through the pristine reefs of the atoll which are a snorkelled or diver’s delight. From May until November, the world-famous Hanifaru Bay in the Biosphere Reserve is home to large numbers of enigmatic and inquisitive manta rays. It is also one of the few places in the world where whale sharks congregate to mate.
